It's a blend of wool, angora, and nylon, making it warm and sturdy. The armholes are wide, designed for layering. The skirt is made from a silk furisode. The furisode is in beautiful condition and is sturdy. It is not see-through. It has a green base with gold thread, giving it a luxurious feel. An accent like a deconstructed tuck has been added near the left hem. The hem width is 85cm x 2 = 170cm, as fabric has been added in an A-line shape to prevent the hem from becoming narrow (Photos 5, 6, 7, 8). Photos 19 and 20 show the dress worn over a separately sold white lace top. Photos 17 and 18 show the dress worn with a separately sold white lace top as an inner layer. Because it's wool, it can be enjoyed in spring, autumn, and winter (except for mid-summer) by layering with innerwear, wearing a cardigan, or layering with spats.
