After purchase, I treated them in saltwater to prevent color fading, but there is some overall fading. Three of them, in particular, have faded quite a bit, but I think that adds to the character. There are no noticeable stains, but there is some initial discoloration as shown in photo 4. They have been used a few times, but they are still used items, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
