This is an authentic autograph from professional golfer Kumiko Kaneda, also known as "Kinkumi," from her amateur days when she was a first-year high school student (15 years old at the time). I received it from an acquaintance (a collector) who used to collect autographs from celebrities. The date it was signed, May 5, 2005, was the first day of the "World Ladies Golf Tournament" held at Tokyo Yomiuri Country Club. Kaneda started the tournament tied for 13th place with a score of -1. Her final result was tied for 20th place with a score of +1. She achieved an impressive result as the only amateur player to participate. By the way, the tournament winner was Yuri Fudoh. The autograph is not in a stylized script but clearly shows the name "金田久美子" (Kumiko Kaneda) in kanji.
