Made of a rubber-like material similar to rain boots, they are completely waterproof. Both boots have scuff marks on the inside. Specifically, on the inside of the left toe, the surface coating material appears to be peeling. This does not affect waterproofing. I usually wear a 24.5-25cm and they fit with a little room. They might fit a 25.5cm as well. We cannot accept returns due to size or image discrepancies, so please consider carefully before purchasing.
