This is a bear figurine wearing glasses that I bought at a雑貨屋 (zakka-ya - miscellaneous goods store) about five years ago. It's unclear which of the dirt and scratches are from use and which were part of the original design. I used it as a smartphone stand, but I think it was probably sold as a glasses holder or glasses stand.
