Place one coffee bag and 900cc of room temperature purified water in a container and refrigerate for 12 hours. (The coffee bag will absorb water and expand. A container with a wide opening is recommended - see photo) 2. Once your desired extraction is achieved, remove the bag and store in the refrigerator (best before 3 days). 3. Pour over ice in a glass and it's ready to enjoy! We operate a coffee roaster & cafe in Aichi Prefecture. We roast to order, so you can enjoy fresh coffee beans. Our hot air roaster ensures even roasting, bringing out the natural fruitiness of the beans. The best-by date is set to 30 days after roasting.
