This is a HERE'S best M size navy item. I bought it, but I don't remember wearing it, so it's almost unused. The neck area is as shown in the 11th photo. It looks like there's some fuzz in the photos, but there isn't any. The color looks black, but it's navy. I will sell it to someone who understands, so thank you.
