Yanagisawa soprano saxophone S-WO2 and genuine case. This instrument is a high-end model that uses bronze brass, achieving both a soft, deep tone and excellent responsiveness. Bronze brass has a higher density than standard brass, resulting in a warm tone and rich overtones, suppressing the sharpness characteristic of soprano saxophones and achieving a rounded sound. It was used as an alto substitute in a wind orchestra, so the frequency of use was low, and there are no scratches or dents. The pads and neck cork are also in good condition. There is some plating wear on the thumb hook (Thumb's Wizard) and octave key. Also, as is common with Yanagisawa saxophones, there is some rust on some of the welded parts (photo 8). Gold tape has been applied to the thumb rest to prevent slipping. A Selmer mouthpiece S80C☆ and a no-brand ligature and cap are included. There are scratches on the back of the mouthpiece from the ligature, but there are no scratches on the tip or rails. As a bonus, a used soprano cleaning cloth and 10 Vandoren reeds (3, 1/2) are included. If desired, the stylish red (organza) case in the reference photo can be added for an additional 8,000 yen. It is lightweight but has a frame to securely fix and protect the instrument. Also, a soprano stand (photo 19) can be added for an additional 1,000 yen. This is an essential item for changing instruments during concerts.
