Cameo-style brooch. This was an old favorite of mine. The material is likely celluloid. It's a very lovely pink color and features a cameo design of a woman's profile. Size: 2.5cm x 3.2cm The pin fits inside the stopper, but it comes loose easily. For safety, I'll include a simple silicone catch. This is an old item. There are stains, scratches, and blackening.
