This is a blue folding umbrella featuring live-action characters from Tokyo Disney Resort. It can be used for both sun and rain. I purchased it and used it about three times. I always dried and wiped it after use, so although it's a casual inspection, I don't think there are any noticeable rust spots. However, the plastic part of the handle is prone to scratches due to the material, so please be aware that there is some slight wear and tear if you look closely. The fabric print part is in good condition, I think.
