This is a heart-shaped polka dot dress from a Valentine's Day event. It's a set including the dress, a back ribbon, and a hair accessory. Petticoat and gloves are not included (the photos also don't show a petticoat). I wore it once for a Halloween costume at Disney. It's handmade, so there may be some imperfections in the construction, please check the photos. The back is edge-finished with a serger. You can wash it with delicate detergent. The fabric doesn't wrinkle easily, so it's probably not necessary, but when ironing, be sure to use a pressing cloth to prevent the pattern from melting. A full circle skirt with a wide tulle lace (almost 40m) is sewn on, so it will be very cute if you wear it with a petticoat!
