It's a material that was originally stiff and seems to have bent. I own pets, but the storage area for the product and the pets' living area are separate. It's a smoky light blue color. I plan to fold the handles and remove the stuffing before shipping. Measurements are not negotiable. I am also selling this on other platforms, so please be sure to comment before purchasing.
