This is an old Saint Louis champagne glass with a beautiful geometric pattern. Saint Louis became a French royal glass factory in 1767, and was given the prestigious name "Saint Louis," the honorific for Louis IX, by King Louis XV. It is the oldest crystal glass manufacturer in Europe. The geometric pattern on the sides was designed by Joseph Bleichner in 1928, during the height of the Art Deco period.
