Shiraito Sake Brewery Collaboration Sake, 5th Release Bishamonten "Nichinichi" (Daily Brewing) New, Unopened As part of the "Seven Lucky Gods of Sake" project, which celebrates the 170th anniversary of its founding and the 15th anniversary of the sale of Tanaka 65, this sake is one of seven types of Japanese sake created in collaboration with seven breweries nationwide. This is the 5th release in the "Seven Lucky Gods of Sake" project. Using Yamada Nishiki from Tojo, which Mr. Matsumoto cherishes, the brewing was carried out through a comparison with Itoshima-grown rice. Furthermore, we would like to express our deep gratitude to Mr. Hidehiko Matsumoto, who is a comrade who learned the basics of brewing together since university, and who still discusses the future of sake, and who looks up to Mr. Keiichiro Katsuki, the former brewing manager of Gomachida Brewery, as his teacher.
