This is a safety harness to prevent child abduction. I bought it for safety during overseas travel, but I ended up not using it. It has a lock, and a key is included. For those who feel resistant to a harness worn on the back, or those who are having trouble with their child falling down frequently, the wrist-worn type is easier to hold hands with. It seems like you can be about 1.5m away. Please consider it.
