This is a cut-and-sew top from Crewcuts, the kids' line of the American clothing brand J. Crew. The size is for 10-year-olds. It's a lovely, thin, and stylish cut-and-sew top. There is a slight fraying on the sleeve. It's not in a place that would cause problems with wearing it, but please check the 4th photo.
