These are black and white checkered pleated culottes. The front of the waist has a belt design. The back is elastic for comfort. There is slight fuzzing and very small pills overall. There is a very faint stain on one of the white squares on the front. *It's thin and doesn't show up well, but it's on the white square at the end of the red arrow.
