I bought a pair of leather boots from some military long ago, cut them to a high-cut length myself, and added studs. There are marks from where the studs were removed on the right boot. The overall condition is poor. I recommend these to someone who can paint or customize them. My feet are a perfect fit for 28.5cm Converse and Nikes, but these boots feel a bit small, so I think they're around 28cm. These are old, used items. Please don't expect too much.
