I bought this new, but it was too small and I couldn't wear it. I usually wear a size 150-140, but this didn't fit. I'd say it's around a 140, or maybe even smaller. Flat measurement: Waist 32cm, elastic so it stretches a bit. Length is about 36cm. Thank you!
