This is a 2018 model Nintendo Switch console (LCD only). It's stuck on this screen because it has been initialized and doesn't have Joy-Cons. Charging and functionality were confirmed before initialization. There are areas on the back without the cover. Please be aware that functionality after initialization has not been confirmed.
