I purchased this a few years ago and used it on weekends, but I haven't had a chance to use it in a while, so I've been storing it. The reason for the issue is that the cover for the charging port is missing. It's fine to use on a sunny day, but I don't recommend using it in the rain. The pin that secures it to the bracket is not broken. I have confirmed that it works, but please understand the above issues before purchasing. Thank you.
