I didn't wear it with the yellow side out, but I wore it when working on cars and motorcycles, so there is some non-removable dirt on the cuffs. The inside also has a lot of small pills. There is no noticeable damage. I liked the color and the worn look, and it was comfortable to wear, so I've had it for many years, but I haven't worn it in over 10 years, so I'm putting it up for sale. It's durable and has little damage, so I think you can continue to use it for a long time, but please understand that it is a vintage item from nearly 30 years ago before purchasing.
