This is a fukuro obi (formal obi) from Kawashima Textile, a long-established Nishijin-ori (Kyoto Nishijin weaving) manufacturer. It features a gold base with a design of stylized flowers in muted pastel colors. There are scattered spots (possibly iron stains?) on the entire lining of the obi.
