Everything in image 1 is included. The only included accessory is the reel bag. There is no box or other parts. I believe I purchased it around 2019. There are small scratches in various places. A blue protection decal is applied to the entire reel. This can be easily removed, and it is unlikely to leave any adhesive residue. I have mainly used it for catfish fishing. I have not experienced any discomfort or abnormalities while using it. Although I haven't used it many times, I've owned it for many years, and I've started to hear a rattling sound when reeling.
