This is a vinyl curtain that blocks cold air. In the photo, it's used in winter to block cold air from outside by attaching it to a window. However, at my house, I used it to divide a large living room in half to improve the efficiency of the air conditioner and save on electricity bills. It was very helpful, but I've changed the layout of my living room and can no longer use it, so I'm offering it to someone who can use it.
