Stud bolts are included, but the anchors to be inserted into the guitar are not included. The reason for the junk condition is that the 3rd string sounds dead even with a new string. It improved when I replaced it with a different roller bridge, so I think it was a symptom caused by this product. I think it will probably be necessary to re-cut the grooves. However, I was using the guitar this bridge was attached to for down-tuning. The strings I was using were 12-56, which are much thicker than normal, so it's possible that the grooves and string thickness didn't match, and that was the reason. I haven't confirmed what the sound will be like with 09-42 or 10-46 strings. In any case, this is the nature of the product, so it is being sold as junk.
