This is a Boori 3-in-1 baby bed in white oak, the Nutty model, which can be transformed from a bed for a 0-year-old baby to a 6-year-old kid's bed. It comes with a mattress. All screws, instructions, etc. needed for assembly are included (see photos 7, 8, and 9). Used waterproof sheets and mattress pads are available if you'd like them. Please comment if you'd like them! I purchased it in 2022 from Rakuten for 100,000 yen, including the pads, etc. I used it intermittently for about 2-3 years, but I'm selling it because my child started sleeping with me. There is one scratch on the railing (see photo 4). Otherwise, there are no noticeable scratches. The mattress was used with waterproof sheets, mattress pads, and fitted sheets.
