I am 155cm tall, and my belly got quite big from the middle of the pregnancy, but I was able to wear it comfortably. (I think I could have worn it in the later stages as well, but I wore it for work, so I stopped wearing it when I went on maternity leave.) I purchased this 4 years ago, and it seems to be discontinued now. UNIQLO no longer carries it, so I've included a product that is almost the same shape.
