The back is in beautiful condition. The LCD screen has some scratches from use. Regarding the volume dial, it's slightly difficult to adjust the volume, which is a characteristic of the device. Volume adjustment via the touch panel is smooth, so I was adjusting the volume with the touch panel. The MicroSD cover doesn't close properly.
