This is a listing for 10kg of unpolished "Harumi" rice screenings from the 2023 harvest. These screenings are from rice grown in the mineral-rich Hyuga River, where Yamame trout and rainbow trout swim. The rice was cultivated with minimal pesticide use, only once during the early transplanting stage. These are beautiful screenings with a good mix of colors. Perfect for animal feed or pet food. "Harumi" rice is a successor to "Kinuhikari," originating in Hiratsuka and named after the "sunny sea of Shonan." This product will be delivered as unpolished rice screenings. *Due to the presence of some small stones and straw, we do not recommend this product for human consumption.
