This is a Kamen Rider transformation belt released in 1995. I purchased it and stored it unopened in a dark place, so I believe both the box and the contents are in excellent condition. As shown on the package, it lights up and rotates, but since it is unopened, I have not confirmed its operation. Please understand this before purchasing.
