This is a linen-like ribbon jacket from Cen. The color is the popular navy (dark navy). It's an adult-cute jacket with many ribbons on the sleeves. I think the fabric is wrinkle-resistant and easy to handle. I used it twice for this year's entrance ceremony and parent-teacher conferences.
