Upon close inspection, there are some paint chips and pattern imperfections, possibly due to the printing or application of the decals. I think they are visually appealing cups, so how about using them as decorations in a curio cabinet or as display items in an exhibition space? There are no cracks or other damage, so they can also be used practically. They come with the original box, which I will protect with bubble wrap for shipping.
