This is a NEWERA backpack. I used it in high school. The Velcro on the side pocket is slightly peeling off. If you attach it somehow, the Velcro will still function and can be used. (Even as it is now, the Velcro still works, but not as well as it should.) The back has a slightly fuzzy feel. I don't think there are any other noticeable stains or scratches.
