This listing is for the case and one earbud only. Pairing works without issue, and there are no problems with usage. Regarding the appearance, both the case and the earbud show some scratches, but there is no particularly severe damage. I believe they are still in relatively good condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
