mullerofyoshiokubo 24ss Yellow tank top. The fabric has an interesting texture, and there's a silver motif in the center (see image 5, where there's a slight flaw marked with a circle). The twisted back design makes it stylish on its own. Size 38 is indicated, which is about S-M. I bought it when it was released and have only worn it a few times. It originally cost around 20,000 yen. Images 2 and 6 show the color most accurately. Since the silver may tarnish, I haven't washed it, but I have cared for it with disinfectant spray. Please refrain from purchasing if this concerns you.
