This is a leather jacket from the Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche 1998 Autumn/Winter collection. It was designed by Hedi Slimane before his time at Dior Homme, making it a rare item that is unlikely to be available again. While there are some scuffs, minor scratches, wear marks, and creases in places, the condition is good considering it is nearly 30 years old. The leather quality is exceptionally high and has a supple texture. I believe the quality is superior to the leather from Hedi's Dior Homme and Saint Laurent Paris eras. It can be worn with the collar standing up, fastened at the front with gold hardware. When the collar is laid down, it creates an asymmetrical look. All buttons, including those at the cuffs, are concealed, showcasing Hedi's preferred detailing. Below are the actual measurements. Please allow for some error.
