This is the nasal aspirator "Mama Hanatotte," which you suck with your mouth. It's a great product that allows you to adjust the suction with your mouth to remove baby's nasal mucus. I only removed the tape on one side of the plastic case, but it's unused. I have a duplicate, so I'm offering it to someone who can use it. ^_^
