I purchased this about a year ago, selecting it from among four at Ishimori Gakki. I had it as a sub mouthpiece, so I didn't use it very often, and it's still in good condition. I removed the mouthpiece patch for this sale, and there are a few marks left behind. There are no dents, so it should be perfectly usable if you apply a new patch.
