The red and green check pattern is perfect for fall and winter. It has a lining so it's not see-through. The waist measures 38cm (76cm) when laid flat. It's made of a material similar to a cut-and-sew fabric and stretches well, and the elastic is loose, so I think it will stretch even more. It has belt loops. The length to the hem is about 60cm. I used to wear it with tights and boots. There is a little bit of pilling. I plan to ship it via Yu-packet Post (215 yen).
