Dunlop Blue Dot balls are about 5mm larger than the official match ball (yellow double dot) (see photo 3) and bounce well, so they can be used without warming up the ball, making it easier for beginners to rally. Intermediate and advanced players can also use them for practice, such as when practicing alone on a cold court or when hitting the ball themselves after it hits the back wall. Blue Dot balls are not widely sold in Japan, so I bought a dozen from an overseas shop. I am now selling the ones I don't use.
