This is an old karigama (sickle-like tool). It's about 12 cm tall and 13 cm wide, with a wooden handle. Over time, the claw part has become rusty, and the handle has turned black. It has a heavy, imposing atmosphere, and the claw-like shape is quite interesting. It can still be used as a farm tool, but it might also be interesting to display it as an object, perhaps with flowers. I have various other folk crafts for sale.
