The accordion-fold pages inside use "Kiri-no-ko" paper, which prevents ink from bleeding through. I use paper made by professionals because I can't make it well myself. The title slips are printed with "Goshuin-cho" and blank ones are included. If you would like the title slip attached, please let me know in the comments.
