This is a Kicasa Bass Charger 10. I purchased it at Mishima Fishing Tackle in Chiba Prefecture. I used it to charge Voyager batteries on a rental boat! It also comes with the instruction manual! I'm selling it because I'm switching to lithium batteries ヽ(^ω^)ノ If it doesn't sell by mid-February, I'll take it to the fishing tackle store, so if anyone wants it, please let me know!
