This is a novelty item given out at the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) National Day event held at the Kansai Expo. It appears to be made from materials used to make baskets, and is a handmade document holder. It's a rare item, given only to those who were able to sit in the general seating area at the Ray Garden venue. At the time, I waited for 3 hours to get in. I think only about 200 to 300 people were allowed in. Size: Fits A4 size documents No gusset, so it doesn't hold a lot. Since it's made of natural materials, there are some initial stains. It has been stored at home, so please consider this if you are interested.
