This is a recorder case from SEIBAN. I only tried it on, and haven't actually used it. It can be attached to the side of a school backpack and used to hold a recorder or a folding umbrella. It has a reflector. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but it has been stored at home after purchase, so please understand this before purchasing. I will compress it slightly and ship it in simple packaging.
