This is from when I was a child and loved Billy Joel, collecting all his albums. So, it's definitely one-owner. I've marked it as having scratches and stains, but I think the condition is very good. The obi (sleeve), booklet, and the attached bag are all present as shown in the photos. However, since it's been 40 years, everything except the record itself is paper, so please be aware of age-related deterioration.
