This is a FINAL CUT thinning scissor with double-sided teeth, model SSW-30. As it's a double-sided thinning scissor with a relatively low cutting rate, I believe it's a scissor that leaves very little cut line. The frequency of use seems to be relatively low, and the blades appear to have plenty of volume remaining. The cutting rate is around 15%, and the feel, sharpness, and ease of cutting are all excellent. I've sharpened it just in case, so you should be able to use it right away, but if you're particular about the sharpness, please sharpen and adjust it yourself before use.
