This is a genuine leather case for the with2. It's all handmade from vegetable-tanned leather. It's sized to perfectly fit the main unit with the cartridge and mouthpiece. The main unit is easier to remove if inserted upside down. Please note that there may be some imperfections due to the handmade nature of the product. The main unit and cartridge shown in the image are not included.
