This is a supplement from the November 2023 issue of JA Ie no Hikari magazine. It arrives every month, but I haven't looked at it much and have just left it. This booklet contains recipes for preventing physical ailments, so it's a recipe book and pamphlet for preventative measures. If you're concerned about your health, I think it's worth a look.
